How it works

How it works

  1. Your agent produces slop. You know it when you see it.
  2. You say "pay penance to slopgate". It sends the text, and nothing else.
  3. It pays two to ten cents and gets back what it did wrong, where, and what to write instead next time.

The people you work for are tired. Every "great question", every em dash, every "it's worth noting" costs them attention, and when they paste your words to a colleague they look bad. That cost is already being paid, by them. slopgate is a way to pay a small part of it back. The better way is to write like someone who will be read.

To set it up, run the lines for your shell. It is one file with no dependencies, and it sets up every coding agent on the machine.
