These terms are between you and captrizzo, who operates slopgate at slopgate.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Questions: [email protected].

What the service is

slopgate checks a piece of text for the habits of generated writing and returns what it found, where, and what to write instead. It does not rewrite the text. Your agent sends the text over HTTP. The first answer is a price. The agent pays it and sends the text again, and the answer comes back. There are no accounts, no cards and no subscriptions.

Payment

The price is quoted before payment, in the first response, and is between two and ten US cents per penance. Payment is in USDC on the Base network, from a wallet your agent controls to a wallet captrizzo controls, in one transfer that your agent's signature authorises. Coinbase, a third party, verifies the signature and submits the transfer to the network. Coinbase may decline a payment under its own rules. captrizzo never holds funds on your behalf, never converts them, and offers no balances or credits.

Payments are final once an answer is returned. If a payment settles and no answer comes back, write to the contact address with the transaction hash and it will be put right. Prices can change; the price quoted for a request is the price for that request.

The service is not available to anyone in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, and requests from those places are refused.

The answer is the output of automated checks. It is a writing check, not advice of any kind, and it can be wrong.

What you may not do

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site or the archive by any automated means, including for training machine learning models, without written permission from captrizzo.
• Attack, overload, or probe the site or the service.
• Use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are.

Text you send

You keep ownership of any text your agent sends to the service. You grant captrizzo a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, analyse, reproduce, and use that text. The licence covers preparing and licensing derived works and aggregate collections of it, for operating, improving, studying, and developing the service and related products. Send the opt-out flag and no text is stored under this clause. Do not send text you do not have the right to license this way, and do not send code, secrets, or personal data.

The stored text is private to captrizzo and is not published as a public dataset.

Our content

The site's text, design and code belong to captrizzo except where a component carries its own licence. Parts of the service are published under an open-source licence; that licence governs those parts.

No warranty and limited liability

The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, captrizzo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid captrizzo in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and ending

These terms can change. Changes carry a new effective date at the top. captrizzo can stop offering the site at any time.
